When Sisters Meet

When Sisters Meet

Well, isn't that a thing so sweet

When sisters finally meet

You can never predict what they'll do

Guys will never, ever know

Maybe a thing or two?

This familial bond sees them light up

Time and space have no place, girls are out

Give them room as girls hang out

Like back in their room in yonder past

Sisters are here to have a blast

Talking about everything both great and small

Even that spider that clung on the wall

In their room on that scary night

Under their sheets talking up affright

Could someone be watching, even listening

Cause that's the excitement that talking brings

So easy to talk about things first to last

The sisters are here to have a blast

When sisters meet

Guys it's a treat

Unlike us they meet and greet

Taking care of themselves from head to toes

Guys, so boring we will never know such fun

Cause sisters are here, and boys have to run

They can talk all day and play at night

Wish boys knew how to do it right

The sisters can hug and sing their songs

For us, why not read a book, play along

Or get outside and right that wrong

As they hug, talk, even go for a walk

In the company of each other

Nothing else matters, breaking all fetters

Time and space know the excitement

They bring in moments well spent

The world certainly greets

When sisters meet

Asking for more moments like these

When all that matters is what they share

So precious, so pure, certainly so rare

A bond so joyous held by sisters

Only for sisters, is all that chatter

And brothers will never know

For fear of places sisters willingly go

And while time goes and sisters glow

A bond is here, that brothers will never know

When sisters meet the world will know

To cherish every moment,

To live a life well spent

And so much more

Cherish the things men adore

Who will always come back for more

Those bowels from which we came

Crying out, you deliver us in pain

As your sun set our queens

You are just as radiant as when you rose

The years of time never fade

As when beautiful sisters meet
