When I Think Of You

When I Think Of You

The uncertainties, the fragility of this life

This to shall pass away

It will not be like that, you endured

Just the other day

The years of this life will teach us all

What our parents knew at the fall

That it's best to know His way

The path He choose for all

 My friend, my mate

The path you've chosen is not your fate

Today, this date before you

If choosen, if taken, if lived and loved

Though so narrow and difficult it seems

Will lead you to a wider, brighter day

Today, only for today as you're on your way

I think of you and what you will endure

When all you hope for like the mist of the morning dew fades away

Think of your life as having lived

Having gaved, having loved, each passing day

This short stay, on this day

Will all make sense when you press on

Never giving in nor willing to quit

Till you meet your goals

May it be that you find your truest fulfillment

May you be bold enough to find what is yet to come

For today as you live this one like no other

Make it your day my sister, my brother

When this one is over as you look to another

I will keep you in my heart forever

It is for this I humbly pray
