Intimacy

Intimacy

These parts of our frames, our members

Await your command to come together

Seen in your thought, manifested each other

Before anyone will ever come to remember

You see us before any other can

Anxiously coming forth according to your plan

No need to speak, just think us into being

A perfect specimen, as just what was seen

When we became like all others too

All power in you, nothing's impossible to do

Bringing into view what you already knew

We were always at our best, in our coming forth new

Life at its source, unborrowed and underived

A present in which we can't, but just thrive

In you all is present as the domain you occupy

We come to oneness, with so little to try

We would be made in your image and likeness

The form that we are, covered in eternal brightness

A light that is unapproachable to all

Deserving worship by all, both great and small

Displayed on earth by more than just hands

We belong to you, we're here at your commands

As babies fresh from our place once abide

If left alone we cry and cry, then we die

Vulnerable at our place, cradled as we should

The air we breath as we do everywhere

We need it, if not, we are no good

Others like us will know that we care

These frames in flesh we must confess

Are no good when left alone

So social we are, as so obsessed

As many an influencer has certainly shown

When as flowers we soon fade away

Time calls us to sleep in the earth below

Opine I am, to like-kind as me who say

What's left here is all, we'll ever know
